Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize telesales, networking, and social media to proactively identify and engage with businesses to promote our client's Apprenticeship and Commercial training programs.
• Develop and maintain employer relationships, maximizing opportunities for growth and repeat business.
• Research new markets and businesses, speaking with key decision makers to develop lasting relationships.
• Produce and deliver sales propositions/presentations and negotiate with businesses effectively.
• Work to achieve and exceed agreed monthly targets.
• Undertake Organisational Needs Analysis, promoting the benefits and training courses available, overcoming barriers, and providing advice and guidance to suitable training routes.

Requirements:
