Children and Young People Support Worker

We are seeking two full-time Children and Young People Practitioners to join our team at Yvonne House, an all-female Children's Home in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the health, education, and well-being of our residents.
About the RoleAs a Children and Young People Practitioner, you will work closely with our residents to develop and implement personalized plans that promote their social, emotional, and educational growth. You will also contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, fostering positive relationships with our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans to support the health, education, and well-being of our residents
