Children and Young People Support Specialist

We are seeking two full-time Children and Young People Practitioners to join our team at Yvonne House, an all-female Children's Home in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the health, education, and well-being of our residents.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and committed team, making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people who have experienced adversity. As a Children and Young People Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Providing emotional support and guidance to help residents overcome challenges and achieve their goals
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of our residents

To be successful in this role, you will need:
