Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Mentor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of children in a primary school setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students in their learning and development, both individually and in small groups
  • Leading activities and workshops in core subjects such as Phonics, Reading, Maths, and Writing
  • Assisting with classroom management and organization
  • Providing feedback and guidance to teachers and staff
  • Contributing to the development of educational programs and materials
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a UK primary school setting
  • Relevant degree (such as Education Studies or Psychology)
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding and Prevent training
  • Valid Enhanced DBS certificate
  • Two professional references covering the past 2 years
