As a seasoned Social Worker, you have the opportunity to join our Emergency Duty Team as a Locum, delivering high-quality support and intervention services to children, families, and vulnerable adults across the borough.

This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partner agencies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To assess risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the well-being and safety of clients.
  • To collaborate with other teams and agencies to provide coordinated support and intervention services.
  • To contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in Social Work.

Requirements:

  • A degree in social work or a related field.
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • At least 5 years' experience working in frontline Social Services within the UK.
