Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Social Workers and Personal Advisors in delivering high-quality social work and multi-disciplinary interventions with children and families.
- Develop and implement effective Pathway Plans and Reviews as per the Leaving Care Act 2000 and Care Planning Regs 2010.
- Collaborate with multi-agency partners, including Housing, CSW, YZUP, Youth Offending Service, Benefits Agencies, and Early Intervention teams, to support young people in their transition to independence.
- Provide regular, high-quality case and reflective supervision to team members.
- Support the development of team members through a comprehensive core curriculum and career and qualification pathway.
