Support a Teaching Assistant Role – KS2 Behaviour Support

This opportunity is for a full-time position at a primary school in [Location], starting in January. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support to pupils displaying challenging behaviour.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and de-escalation skills to manage challenging situations effectively.

Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience.
