Resident Care Facilitator

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Resident Care Facilitators. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to their overall well-being.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for providing person-centred care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, promoting positive emotional wellbeing and social interaction among residents.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- To develop effective working relationships with residents, families, and other employees within the home.
- To support residents in maintaining their skills and personal interests while delivering unique care tailored to each individual's needs.
- To contribute to the efficient running of the home by working effectively with other employees and members of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Salary: £9.60 per hour
