Senior Care Professional

We are seeking an experienced Care Support Specialist to join our team at Tanglewood Care Services. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care work, with experience in senior care or assisted living. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting residents with their daily routines and medication management
- Conducting regular checks on residents to ensure their comfort, dignity, and well-being
- Collaborating with external bodies to provide high-quality care and services
- Updating and reviewing care plans in accordance with regulations and policies
We offer a competitive salary of £12.52 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including free parking, meals during shifts, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
