Job Description:

This dynamic role involves collaborating with teachers and other support staff to provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for students. Key responsibilities include facilitating the physical, emotional, and educational development of students through various activities and programmes.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote effective communication and partnership.
  • Carefully plan and deliver educational activities, taking into account individual needs and abilities.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates should hold relevant qualifications (NVQ2 or equivalent) and have at least one year's experience working in a classroom setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

  • Familiarity with education policies and procedures, particularly those related to student welfare, safety, and education.
