Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leadership Expansion Specialist to join our team at Propel. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and shaping the go-to-market approach.

This innovative training solution is making waves, with use cases in the NHS (improving patient treatment experiences) and the RAF (high-performance training). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales fundamentals, including MEDDIC and SPIN selling methodologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tackling multi-stakeholder deals with a high level of complexity, managing deal progression effectively, and working alongside an incredible group of leaders, including two founders, the CEO, CSO, and a fractional CRO.

Key highlights:

  • Market Scope: Sell into major organisations, including the RAF, MOD, and healthcare providers like InHealth, while also targeting aviation giants like British Airways, EasyJet, Wizz Air, and Qantas.
  • High Ticket, Complex Sales: Deal sizes range from £80,000–£100,000, with potential deals between £150,000–£500,000.

What we need:

  • Sales Fundamentals: Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of sales methodologies and tools, including HubSpot, SalesLoft, and outbound prospecting software.
  • Domain Knowledge: A strong ability to learn and adapt quickly is essential, with a focus on aviation, defense, or healthcare.

Salary: £60,000 + uncapped OTE (£120,000+), plus the opportunity to get into something extremely successful, early.
