Baltic Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team in Hartlepool. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating warm leads for our B2B Commercial Account Managers to convert into new buying customers.

Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities within a specific region. To achieve this, you will need to develop and execute a targeted sales strategy, leveraging your excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with potential clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and other means.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
  • CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze sales performance.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver effective sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to secure new business.

Requirements:

  • Strong Sales and Business Development Skills: Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Results-Oriented: Driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and ability to utilize them effectively to manage leads and track sales performance.
