Baltic Recruitment Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic account management and relationship building.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and prospects. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining a portfolio of accounts, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through various means, including phone calls, emails, and industry events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and expansion targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative
