Business Development Executive Opportunity

Baltic Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join their team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating warm leads for our B2B Commercial Account Managers to convert into new buying customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and new business development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be tasked with contacting potential new business leads and lapsed buying customers on a regional basis, using your skills to generate your own leads and leverage our market-leading customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communication Management: Making and taking phone calls, generating and responding to emails and web leads
  • Diarising and managing timely call backs to ensure prospects are contacted at the correct time
  • Ability to think on your feet and overcome objections
  • A drive to be the best in the team and progress
  • Having a natural confidence and ability to speak to a variety of potential customers

Requirements:

  • Some sales experience is preferred but not a pre-requisite
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric, business-best approach
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Driven for personal growth and success
  • Ability to exceed customer expectations
