We seek an exceptional professional to join our team as the International (EMEA/APJ) Partner Vice President. This role will focus on achieving key partner scorecard metrics, such as Gross iARR, Net New Logos, Technical Capacity, and other relevant performance indicators.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, fostering co-selling initiatives.
  • Design and execute partner business plans, aligning with company objectives.
  • Enhance sell-thru activity through distribution channels, ensuring the channel reaches scale efficiently.
  • Champion channel engagement and recruitment, attracting top partners to the UiPath ecosystem.
  • Contribute to the International Leadership Team's efforts on market development, strategic alignment, and goal achievement.
Essential Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Computer Science; MBA desired.
  2. Will to travel as needed for business purposes.

Estimated salary: $150,000 - $220,000 annually, based on location and experience.
