Join Attentive Inc as a Mid Market Sales Manager and take charge of our sales efforts in the UK. As a seasoned sales leader, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth, recruiting and developing talent, and leading a team of account executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Directly manage a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff to ensure they meet specific new business goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Work closely with the VP of Sales to develop and implement effective sales strategies, improving win-rate and driving new business growth.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports, provide constructive feedback, and manage performance evaluations.

Requirements: 4+ years of Enterprise Software sales experience, preferably in MarTech; experience as a Sales Manager at a fast-growing company; strong track record of driving results; data-oriented leader; ability to function well in a fast-paced environment. The estimated annual salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 depending on experience.
