Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Banking professional to join our team as a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager. In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients in the residential investment market.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for providing bespoke financial services to your clients, including lending and deposit solutions.
- Your goal will be to build a profitable portfolio that contributes positively to our commercial balance sheet.
- You will represent the bank externally and internally, working closely with our Private Bankers to secure referrals.
- You will also be responsible for originating and managing complex real estate clients, serving as their strategic partner within our bank.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Strong understanding of the commercial banking industry and the real estate market
- Proven track record in developing new business and growing a portfolio
