About the Job

Banking Circle is a global fintech leader in the banking and payments sector, offering a unique blend of stability and flexibility. We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager/Institutional Clients to join our sales team in London.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through upsells of our products and solutions, as well as maintaining existing accounts. This role requires strong relationship management skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to drive additional revenue.
  2. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal teams, including Product, Compliance, Legal, AML & Operations.
  3. Create account management plans and run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for key clients.

Requirements:

We expect you to have at least 4 years of relationship management experience within payments, banking, acquiring or within the merchant division of a key financial services company. You should have strong experience in leading and growing high-value brands or accounts, with a focus on revenue and upsell opportunities.

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits, reflects your expertise and qualifications. Banking Circle offers a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.
