Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Client Growth Specialist to join our team at Mintago Limited. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion across our client base.
You will work closely with internal teams to drive end-user adoption and engagement, and support the creation of content for clients and end-users such as videos, resources, and FAQs.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders
- Serve as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, concerns, and proactively providing solutions timeously
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling of additional features or services
- Lead the renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely contract renewals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years in a Customer Success Management role in a SaaS B2B company
- Strong understanding of customer success principles
- Background in facilitating meetings and virtual workshops
