An Opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Primary Care Physician

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Primary Care Physician to join our team in Chorley, Lancashire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a friendly and well-established practice with up to full-time hours available.

The practice is very well organised with an extensive managerial and secretarial structure in place to ensure efficient clinics and a focus on patient care. You will work alongside a stable and cohesive team of GPs, ANPs, and Practice Nurses.

Key Duties:

  • Running minor illness/injury clinics
  • Assisting in the assessment of elderly patients in their homes
  • Providing autonomous and team-based care
  • Making home visits
  • Elderly patient assessments

Package and Benefits:

  • An excellent package is on offer, including a salary of circa £55,000-£58,000
  • 30 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays
  • NHS Pension enrolment

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate MSc in Advanced Practice and experience in Primary Care
  • Independent Prescriber qualification
  • Ability to work autonomously, while being responsible to the Lead Nurse
  • Comfortable assisting in home visits
