About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Burgh Recruitment Ltd (Financial Services). As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital support function within our busy office, working closely with our team to provide exceptional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our team, including managing and collating key data for reports and portfolio reviews.
- Deal with a wide variety of administrative tasks, including managing the database of clients and diary management for the Partner and Advisors.
- Process new business and liaise with SJP admin teams.
- Train and develop your knowledge within this exciting and fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or within an office support role. Financial Services experience is useful but not essential.
- Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs.
