Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator at Alexander Faraday Recruitment. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our helpdesk services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for all facilities-related inquiries.
  • Efficiently log and track requests in our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.
  • Coordinate and dispatch service providers for hard services maintenance, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Assist in managing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules to optimize asset performance and minimize downtime.
  • Offer timely, professional support to internal stakeholders, providing solutions to their facilities-related needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with CAFM systems and a strong understanding of facilities management principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
