Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £24,000 per annum. You will also receive 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time), as well as various benefits including pension and holiday buying options.
Job DescriptionAs a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily activities, such as personal care and medication management;
- Providing emotional support and building meaningful relationships with service users;
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support.
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues. You should also be flexible and able to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
