We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Companion. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to maintain their independence and quality of life.
About Our Clients
We work with clients of all ages and abilities, including those with learning disabilities and elderly individuals. As a Care Companion, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their own unique needs and requirements.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and social support to our clients
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Plan and prepare nutritious and healthy meals
- Accompany clients on shopping trips and appointments
Requirements
- You will have a caring and empathetic nature
- You will be dedicated, committed, and reliable
- You will have flexibility and good communication skills
- You will have a valid UK driver's license and access to your own car
