Home Care Companion

About the Role
As a Home Care Companion with Home Instead Mid Cornwall, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure you are matched with clients, so you can provide bespoke support that enables our community to live independently.
- Allowing you the time needed, with minimum 1-hour visits, so you can provide quality care and support without feeling rushed. We never clip visits short.
- Providing world-class training and development, so you can build on your skills and have the opportunity to progress.
- Fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment where everyone feels supported and valued.
- We pay travel allowance for gaps between visits.
- We pay mileage at 45p over 10 miles a day.
- We offer guaranteed contracts - no more zero hours.
- We pay sick pay and holiday pay.
- We pay pension contributions with NEST.
- Our office care team coordinates and supports you in providing the highest quality care.
