Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Companion to join our team in Radlett, Garston, Leavesden, Harpenden, Wheathampstead, or Redbourn areas.

This role involves providing daily support to clients, including assistance with morning and evening routines, light housekeeping, and companionship. If you are a caring individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with their morning and evening routines, helping them get ready for the day or unwind after it.
  • Provide personal care, including assisting with dressing and grooming.
  • Prepare nourishing meals and ensure clients' dietary needs are met.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, maintaining a clutter-free living space.
  • Engage in friendly conversations, listening to clients' stories and experiences.
  • Administer medication as needed.
Requirements:
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • A compassionate and caring nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
