About the Job
As a Home Care Assistant with Maplewood Independent Living Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires someone who is compassionate, patient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Providing personal care and medication assistance to clients
* Assisting with daily tasks, such as household chores and meal preparation
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring health, safety, and well-being of clients and yourself
* Building strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team members

**Requirements:**
We require someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and has excellent communication skills. A valid driving licence and business insurance are essential, as you will need to drive to visit clients. Previous experience in care or a related field is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

**Salary and Benefits:**
This rewarding role offers a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include free comprehensive training, funded Enhanced DBS check, excellent rates of pay, double pay bank holidays, holiday pay, paid mileage, pension, and career progression opportunities within the company.
