An experienced Human Resources Specialist is required to provide advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of change management processes, ensuring all risks are identified and managed and legislative processes followed in line with company policy and procedures.

This includes leading and supporting managers on TUPE transfers, restructures, redundancies, and acquisitions, as well as supporting any tender enquiries. The successful candidate will ensure that all required change management processes are adhered to in line with company policy and employment legislation.
