Human Resources Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Advisor at Voyage Care, you will provide expert guidance and support to managers on all aspects of change management processes. This includes leading and supporting managers on TUPE transfers, restructures, redundancies, and acquisitions, ensuring all risks are identified and managed and legislative processes followed in line with company policy and procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience of managing and advising on change management programmes, ideally with experience of TUPE transfers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
