**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Professional to join our team as a Patient Care Specialist at Surecall Medical Recruitment. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and involves assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient assessments.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration techniques.
- Proficient understanding of human anatomy to effectively assess and treat patients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Empathy and compassion towards patients, demonstrating a commitment to their wellbeing.
