About You
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about people and committed to supporting the wellbeing of our residents. As a Regional Senior Care Assistant with Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius. This role involves monitoring the delivery of care when on duty, contributing to person-centred care planning, recording observations, and providing support and companionship to residents.

Your Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a background in care, with a good understanding of elderly care and relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care. Ideally, you'll also have a C or above in GCSE English and Maths. In addition, you'll need a valid driving licence and either own a car or have access to one. We'll cover your mileage when you travel over five miles from your main home, and if you're on duty at the time of an inspection and we achieve a Good' rating, you'll qualify for a bonus. Our competitive salary is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, and you'll also receive our sector-leading benefits and rewards package including free training and development, access to wellbeing and support tools, and retail discounts.
