We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Adult Social Care Professional to join our team at Kirklees Council. As an Approved Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional levels of support to individuals in need.

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the Mental Health Act (1983), Mental Capacity Act (2005), Care Act (2014), Human Rights Act, and SEND Legislation. You will be required to travel across Kirklees and work a blended approach to office and home working to meet the needs of the service and yourself.

The role involves undertaking Mental Health Act assessments and providing emergency adult social care cover for the local authority out of hours.
