About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sales Manager - Freight Forwarding to take on a fresh challenge in an organization that values skills and gives autonomy to grow their desk. Our client is a vibrant and progressive company with a supportive work environment and dynamic team culture. The successful candidate will have a background in sales or key account management, with experience in freight quotations, rate negotiations, and knowledge of pricing structures. They will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as solid IT proficiency, including experience using CRM systems to track and manage sales activities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and maintain a robust customer base, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
* Develop and maintain a robust customer base across Air, Sea, and Rail Freight services
* Own the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, with full accountability for achieving growth targets
* Proactively generate leads, follow up on company-driven referrals, and cultivate relationships with both new and lapsed customers
* Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery specifics to successfully close deals and drive revenue growth
* Work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless integration of sales and operational efforts
* Maintain a pipeline and manage sales activities using CRM software, with a focus on driving consistent, measurable growth
