We are seeking an experienced Freight Sales Professional to join our team at Adore Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust customer base across Air, Sea, and Rail Freight services.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless integration of sales and operational efforts, maintaining a pipeline to drive consistent, measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust customer base across Air, Sea, and Rail Freight services
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless integration of sales and operational efforts
  • Maintain a pipeline and manage sales activities using CRM software, with a focus on driving consistent, measurable growth

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and uncapped commissions that can lead to six-figure earnings.

Requirements:

  • Freight Forwarding experience is essential for this role, ideally with a background in sales or key account management
  • Proficient in freight quotations, rate negotiations, and knowledgeable in pricing structures
  • Solid IT proficiency, with experience using CRM systems to track and manage sales activities
