Branch Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Development Manager to join our Huws Gray Group team at Heathrow.
As a prominent player in the UK building materials industry, we rely on skilled professionals like you to drive sales growth and develop our branch teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maximising sales opportunities and identifying new business prospects
- Supporting branch managers to achieve their sales targets
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Fostering a collaborative team environment that drives results
With a strong background in sales or management, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others. Experience in the construction industry is desirable, but not essential.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including 23 days annual leave, a contributory pension scheme, and a generous colleague discount scheme.
