Special Education Needs Mentor Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated learning support assistant to join our team at Philosophy Education. The successful candidate will work full-time in a primary school setting, supporting a pupil with Autism and ADHD.
The role involves working closely with teaching staff and the SEND team to develop individualized plans that meet the pupil's needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a caring attitude, as well as experience working with students with special educational needs. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
