Learning and Development Coach

Job Overview:
This Learning and Development Coach position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young students. You will be working closely with experienced teachers to develop engaging lessons and provide individualized support to students in Key Stage 2, Years 3-6.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of high-quality lessons, tailored to meet the diverse needs of students
- Work collaboratively with teachers to identify and address areas of concern, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, teachers, and parents, promoting open communication and trust
- Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience supporting students in Key Stage 2
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and educational theories
- Patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting students' emotional and social development
Salary and Package:
The salary for this role is £83.33 - £100 per day, offering a competitive package that reflects the importance of this position.
