Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Learning & Development Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the translation of current and future leadership and management development needs at all levels in the organisation into innovative, aligned, and practical programs and learning interventions.

Your primary focus will be on collaboration across the organisation with organisational SME's, People Leads and Business Partners to maximise the contribution, value and credibility this practice makes throughout the organisation. You will work closely with organisational stakeholders to understand their development needs and design programmes that meet these needs. This may involve creating and delivering training sessions, coaching or mentoring individuals, and evaluating the effectiveness of programmes.

A full time position, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, paying £266.25 per day PAYE; which is equivalent to £69,225 salary or £350 per day through an umbrella. To start ASAP. Salary estimated based on location Chelmsford.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, who has experience of managing and developing teams, and who can lead by example. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build effective relationships with colleagues at all levels and have a high level of emotional intelligence. They should also be self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
