Bespoke Learning Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us as a Bespoke Learning Specialist. You will create, plan and deliver 1:1 tailored lessons to bridge gaps in pupils' education and boost engagement and attainment levels.
Key Responsibilities- Create and deliver bespoke learning plans for individual pupils
- Monitor pupil progression and adjust learning strategies accordingly
- Work closely with our team to ensure effective learning outcomes
- QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS or equivalent qualification
- 6 months+ experience working in a UK school
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable)
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £25 per hour, with opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
