**Job Overview:** Supporting Children with SEND in Specialist Classes
We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in our mixed-age specialist classes.
About the Role:
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans for pupils with SEND.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to pupils with SEND, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
- Promote positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Relevant qualifications and training in supporting children with SEND.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
