About the Job:

Oakmoor Recruitment is seeking an experienced Early Years professional to fill the role of Trainee Early Years Assessor.

This position involves managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners and providing coaching and mentoring to support them in achieving their qualification.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum 3 years experience as a Deputy Manager or above in a Nursery setting
  • UK driving license and use of own transport
  • Ability to work from home and travel to Chelmsford and surrounding areas
