We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Youth Sports Development Coach. This role is ideal for someone who loves delivering fun sports sessions to children and has a passion for coaching.

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping us run classes in Colchester on a Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We offer competitive rates of pay (£11-15/h) plus a bonus scheme. All training will be provided, and no coaching qualifications are needed. This role involves delivering fun themed sessions which would be perfect for someone with a sport and/or drama background that can bring the themes to life.

As a Youth Sports Development Coach, you will be working closely with our experienced coaches to deliver engaging and safe sessions that cater to the needs of our young athletes. Your creativity, energy, and ability to work well under pressure will make you an excellent fit for this role.
