Youth Worker and Care Assistant Position

About the Role
We are recruiting for a Youth Worker and Care Assistant to join our team at a special needs school in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will have a background in working with young people and be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
As a Youth Worker and Care Assistant, you will be working with students who require additional support to develop their skills and abilities. You will be responsible for planning and delivering activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development, as well as providing one-to-one support to students who require it.
The salary for this role is £21,000 - £26,000 per annum, and we offer a range of benefits, including free online safeguarding training and DBS checks.
In addition to your salary, you will also receive a statutory holiday entitlement and the opportunity to progress your career within Protocol Education Ltd.
