Youth Program Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic volunteer to assist us during club sessions at North Avenue Youth Centre in Chelmsford.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in working with young people and be able to commit to regular sessions.
Key Responsibilities:- Session Support: Assist in setting up for the session, running weekly activities, and helping to run the tuck shop.
- Youth Engagement: Engage with young people, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
- Reporting: Report any issues or concerns to the club leader.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining youth work experience or sharing their skills with others.
A DBS check and training opportunities will be provided as needed.

Estimated Salary:£12-15 per hour (dependent on experience).
