Learning Facilitator Position

About the Job:

We are seeking a motivated Learning Facilitator to join our team at Primrose School of Burlington/Chelmsford/Woburn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering educational programs that foster the academic, social, and emotional growth of young children.

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging educational programs that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional growth and development
  • Build strong relationships with parents and families through regular communication and partnerships
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and improve teaching practices
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field
  • Experience working with young children in a school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
