Youth Development Specialist

About the Job:
We are seeking a motivated Learning Facilitator to join our team at Primrose School of Burlington/Chelmsford/Woburn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering educational programs that foster the academic, social, and emotional growth of young children.
Salary Range:$70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Main Responsibilities:The successful candidate will:
- Plan and deliver engaging educational programs that cater to diverse learning styles
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional growth and development
- Build strong relationships with parents and families through regular communication and partnerships
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and improve teaching practices
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field
- Experience working with young children in a school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
