Teaching Assistant Lead

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to take on the role of Teaching Assistant Lead at Shorefields. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of educational programs for our pupils with complex needs.
**Salary:** £20,332.31 - £24,492.40 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the SchoolShorefields is a small special school catering to pupils with complex profiles of learning and SEND. Our pupils are aged between 6 and 17 years old, and we take referrals from Local Authorities around Essex and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- To lead and coordinate the delivery of educational programs for pupils with complex needs
- To work collaboratively with senior staff members to develop and implement individualized learning plans
- To provide support and guidance to other Teaching Assistants within the school
