Mentor Coach for Bus Operators

Do you want to use your experience to deliver top-quality learning experiences and make a real difference to others? As a Mentor Coach for Bus Operators at Realise, you will work with high-profile transport organisations to develop their employees' bus driving skills.
About the RoleWe help over 11,000 learners every year achieve their goals, specialising in areas like hairdressing, transport, and business skills. In this role, you will lead group training sessions, remotely and face-to-face, and develop bus driving skills of employees from high-profile transport organisations.
The estimated salary for this position is £42,000-£52,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will enjoy flexible working, birthday off, Christmas Eve off, and access to our Health Shield scheme and Employee Assistance Programme.
To succeed as a Mentor Coach for Bus Operators, you will need significant bus driving experience and the ability to deliver training/mentoring, such as bus driver training and classroom training. Assessment qualification (TAQA Level 3/A1/D32/33) is desirable but not essential, as we will put you through this qualification.
