Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Role
Description:
We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work in a SEMH specialised school in Chelmsford. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children with SEN and have a caring and encouraging approach. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will assist with planning activities, monitor pupil progress, intervene when necessary, and provide relevant feedback to the classroom teacher.
