As a Bus Driver Learning Experience Manager at Realise, you will play a key role in developing the bus driving skills of employees from high-profile transport organisations. This is a great opportunity to use your experience to deliver top-quality learning experiences and make a real difference to others.

About the Role

We help over 11,000 learners every year achieve their goals, specialising in areas like hairdressing, transport, and business skills. In this role, you will lead group training sessions, remotely and face-to-face, and manage a caseload of learners.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will enjoy flexible working, birthday off, Christmas Eve off, and access to our Health Shield scheme and Employee Assistance Programme.

To succeed as a Bus Driver Learning Experience Manager, you will need significant bus driving experience and the ability to deliver training/mentoring, such as bus driver training and classroom training. Assessment qualification (TAQA Level 3/A1/D32/33) is desirable but not essential, as we will put you through this qualification.
