Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our HR team as a Employee Engagement Coordinator, responsible for coordinating our wellbeing, inclusion, and employee engagement activities. This is a full-time or part-time position that offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a bonus scheme and benefits package, you will also enjoy hybrid working patterns and a supportive work environment. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing, including events, social calendars, internal communications, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee engagement and wellbeing strategies to promote a positive work culture
- Coordinate events, social calendars, and internal communications to foster collaboration and inclusivity
- Work closely with our HR and Marketing teams to develop policies and procedures that support employee wellbeing and engagement
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Provide support and guidance to employees on matters related to wellbeing and engagement

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly
